Wild arugula guacamole recipe is quick to make , tasty and a great snack for a meal among friends, whether summer or winter. The intense flavor of the wild arugula with the creamy avocado make this guacamole arugula an authentic fabulous deep for salad dressings or to deep in vegetables.

For being delicious, is the kind of sauce that accompanied by carrot sticks, cucumber or courgette disappears in an instant at a party .

Besides delicious, it’s a perfect source of Omega-3 and Omega-6, very good for the brain and the body.


  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1 kg of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large riped avocados
  • 300g wild rocket
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Wash and cut all the tomatoes into small pieces and add the prewashed wild arugula ( you can cut it if you wish ). Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and with a spoon reap the flesh of the avocado into the same bowl. Drizzle the ingredients with the lemon juice and with a fork mash the avocado along with the other ingredients until creamy like in the picture.

Serve with carrots cut into sticks , zucchini or cucumber.
