- 4 ripe pears
- 1 peeled medium beet (hard)
- 3 ripe medium tomatoes
- 1 small lettuce
Wash all ingredients, cut into pieces and mixed in a bowl. Tip: Eating with wood chopsticks favors the taste of the dish and prevents the pear of oxidize easily.
