- ½ papaya (150g)
- 2 oranges (300g)
- 1 ripe banana
- some goji berries (2g)
- some hemp seeds (2g)
- 200 ml of pure water
- pollen and poppy seeds (for garnish)
Preparation for 2 (800ml):
Peel the fruit and add all the ingredients in a blender. Garnish with papaya strips, poppy seeds and pollen.
