This raw butternut squash jam with ginger root has a lot of vitamin A! This vitamin has several functions, improves the functioning of vision, helps bone development, strengthens the hair and teeth , protects the skin and mucous membranes , helps in proper maintenance of the reproductive system and strengthens the immune system.
- 1 butternut squash (500g approx )
- 10 dates
- 2 ripe persimmons
- Ginger finger 1
Pit the dates, peel the squash , the persimmons and the ginger . Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and persimmons in pieces. Put it all together blend until the desired consistency.
This lasts up to a week without oxidize, but I doubt it still exists after 2 days ; )
