  • ½ papaya (150g)
  • 2 oranges (300g)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • some goji  berries (2g)
  • some hemp seeds (2g)
  • 200 ml of pure water
  • pollen and poppy seeds (for garnish)

Preparation for 2 (800ml):

Peel the fruit and add all the ingredients in a blender. Garnish with papaya strips, poppy seeds and pollen.
