- 2 large zucchini
- 5 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 bunch of fresh oregano
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 2 raw beets
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation | Detox Zucchini Pasta Recipe:
Wash all the ingredients and peel the beets.
Cut the zucchini as you like to make our base of “pasta” and place in a bowl to serve. In the image the zucchini was grated in a medium grater.
For the sauce use a blender or a magic wand and blend the five tomatoes, the two beets previously cut into pieces, basil leaves and oregano leaves. Place the sauce over the zucchini.
In a dry pan place the sesame seeds and leave to grill 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.
Sprinkle your plate with the golden seeds and is ready to serve.
